Order Cancellation & Refunds

  • Once a gift card has been successfully delivered, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.

  • Due to the digital and prepaid nature of gift cards, all sales are considered final after delivery.


Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement

Refunds or replacements will be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • The gift card code is invalid or not working at the time of redemption.

  • There is a confirmed technical or redemption issue from the brand’s end.

If the issue is verified successfully, Our team will proceed with one of the following actions:

  • Replacement of the gift card, or

  • Refund to the original payment method


Refund Process

To report a gift card-related issue, please email us at support@egiftcardsworld.in with the following details:

  • Order ID

  • Gift Card Code details

  • Clear description of the issue

  • Screenshots or proof of the redemption error (if available)

Our support team will coordinate with the respective brand to verify the issue.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days after confirmation.

  • Once processed, the refund may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
